Andrew Bonnycastle is a Toronto based national award-winning artist working in oil and watercolour. Numerous aspects of urban and rural life are explored in Andrew's works. All explorations are linked by a common preoccupation with portraying beauty amidst disorder and life that defies adversity and isolation. His paintings are allegories, often representing different aspects of the human condition.

The McMichael Volunteer Committee's 30th Anniversary Autumn Art Sale Fundraiser

I am very pleased to be showing an exciting new selection of paintings at the Autumn Art Sale Fundraiser hosted at the
McMichael Canadian Art Collection, 45 minutes north of Toronto.
Since 1991, the Autumn Art Sale has been the primary fundraiser of the McMichael Volunteer Committee and is one of the many ways in which the volunteers contribute to the McMichael Canadian Art Collection (famous for it's collection of works by the Group of Seven. A percentage of all art purchases during the Autumn Art Sale goes to the Committee for volunteer-funded projects. The funds raised help to enhance the visitor experience, and support special gallery initiatives and children's educational programs.
